Cancellation policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Before rescheduling, we ask that you please contact me directly before doing so. A no-show/no-call will be charged full amount of service. No refunds. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and charged 50% of your booked service. Please book accordingly as you will receive the service you scheduled. If you need a full set, do not book a fill. If you book a full set and show up with a current set, I will not soak them off. If you book a fill, I will not do a backfill. If you have any questions about booking the right service, please contact me directly. If I have to reschedule an appointment I will do my best to ahead of time. In the event of an emergency, and I have to cancel last minute you will not be charged and I will do my best to accommodate you. By confirming your appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
